Scientifically Proven:

🧬 In collagen production studies using Sirius Red and Fast Green analysis, FSS Probacillus Revive showed a dose-dependent increase in collagen I synthesis. At 1% concentration, collagen levels increased by 46%; at 2%, collagen rose by 99%; and at 4%, the increase reached 164%. These results suggest that Probacillus Revive significantly strengthens the dermal-epidermal junction and improves skin structure, contributing to a firmer, more youthful appearance.

💧 Moisturization tests revealed that FSS Probacillus Revive is 18% more effective than glycerin and 69% more effective than a cost-comparable concentration of hyaluronic acid. These results position FSS Probacillus Revive as a superior and more economical choice for formulations targeting hydration and skin comfort.

⚛️ Antioxidant performance was verified through ORAC and ROS assays. FSS Probacillus Revive demonstrated antioxidant capacity comparable to 200μM Trolox®, with dose-dependent improvements in oxidative stress protection. In fibroblast cultures, ROS levels were reduced by 27% at 0.01%, 28% at 0.1%, and 39% at 1.0%, supporting its role in preserving cellular integrity and reducing the signs of aging.

💇 In a salon half-head study, 2.0% FSS Probacillus Revive improved cleansing and smoothing when used in shampoo. When used in a conditioner, it delivered better results than the control in smoothing, wet and dry combability, frizz control, shine, hydration, and overall hair feel—demonstrating its effectiveness in both scalp and strand care.

🌀 In IL-6 ELISA analysis, FSS Probacillus Revive displayed moderate anti-inflammatory properties at lower concentrations. However, this effect diminished at higher levels, making it more suitable for applications focused on hydration, collagen stimulation, and antioxidant support rather than for targeted anti-inflammatory treatments.
