PRIVACY NOTICE FOR REGISTRATION TO THE RESERVED AREA
With reference to the data requested in the registration form, the following information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the “General Data Protection Regulation” (hereinafter “GDPR” or the “Regulation”).
Please note that if the user is a legal entity, they will not be considered a “Data Subject”; the processing of personal data relating to legal entities is not covered by this notice. If the legal entity provides personal data of its employees/collaborators, the Controller will process such personal data in accordance with this privacy notice.

Types of Data Processed and Purposes of Processing
To register for the reserved area, you must provide the personal data requested in the form. The personal data collected through the form is processed for the following purposes:

Legal Basis for Processing and Consequences of Failure to Provide Data
Personal data will be processed for the purposes outlined above on the following legal bases:

For purposes 1) and 2), the legal basis is the necessity to fulfill the user’s explicit request to access services available through the website and to fulfill purchase orders. Providing this data is therefore mandatory, and failure to do so will make it impossible to provide the requested service or respond to your request.

For purpose 3), the legal basis is consent. Providing data for this purpose is optional. If consent is not given, processing will be limited to purposes 1) and 2), as well as compliance with any applicable legal obligations. If given, consent may be revoked at any time by the data subject.
Processing Methods, Security Measures, and Data Retention
Personal data will be processed using computer systems in compliance with GDPR requirements, based on principles of lawfulness, fairness, and protection of the rights and privacy of the data subjects.
Personal data is collected and processed with appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, taking into account the current state of technology and implementation costs, or as otherwise required by law.
Data will be retained no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

Recipients of Personal Data and Data Processors
Data will be processed internally by authorized personnel within the relevant company departments and may be shared with group companies for informational or product update purposes. Data will not be disclosed or exported outside the EU as a general rule.
As required by the GDPR, third-party companies that perform activities on behalf of the Controller may be appointed as Data Processors.
If third parties located outside the EU are involved, they will be subject to equivalent data protection and security obligations as those applied by the Controller.

The data subject may exercise the following rights at any time:
a) Access their personal data, including details of the purposes, data categories, recipients, retention period, and existence of automated decision-making;
b) Request the rectification of inaccurate personal data without delay;
c) Request deletion of data in applicable cases;
d) Request restriction of or object to processing, where applicable;
e) Request portability of the data provided, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and, where applicable, to transmit such data to another controller, in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR;
f) Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority under Article 77 of the GDPR.
